Our attorneys have substantial years of combined legal experience to support your needs. Attorney Larry D. Loperfito and Attorney Alaine G. Generelli, the owners of the firm, have over 40 years of legal experience and have successfully handled hundreds of cases for their clients. Attorney Larry D. Loperfito was trained as a prosecuting attorney early in his career. He has distinguished himself as a trial attorney and has been recognized by his selection to the Westmoreland County Academy of Trial Lawyers, where he served as President from 2014-2016. The Westmoreland County Academy of Trial Lawyers maintains a limited membership of less than 50 active members that have been selected based upon excellence in litigation from over 550 attorneys in the Westmoreland County Bar Association. Attorney Alaine G. Generelli has successfully resolved criminal cases in Westmoreland, Armstrong, Allegheny, and Butler Counties. She has successfully litigated a substantial number of cases in those counties in the area of family law.
Attorney Shea M. Kraft joined the firm in 2021 and has developed a respected practice in the areas of family law and criminal defense. In 2025, Attorney Elizabeth C. Ross joined the firm as an Associate Attorney following her graduation from American University Washington College of Law.
