Estate planning experience includes preparation of wills, living wills, powers of attorney, living trusts, testamentary trusts, and special needs trusts. A significant portion of practice is concentrated in the field of litigation. Prior trial experience includes in excess of 50 major felony jury trials as a prosecutor and as a criminal defense attorney. Extensive civil litigation experience, including jury and non-jury trials and civil death claims.
